
Nestling on the shores of Lake Hossegor, the Hortensias du Lac Beach House is open for lunch only. Under the guidance of Chef Philippe Moreno, the menu features Iberian charcuterie boards and Basque specialities, as well as small plates such as Croqu'Truffe, Bun Roll guacamole, Tomate à l'ancienne and Vitello Tonnato, to be enjoyed on the go, overlooking the water and pine trees. A simple, sunny rendezvous.

With its large windows overlooking the lake and its contemporary feel, the Beach House is the place to be in Hossegor for a gourmet lunch or a drink with friends or family. The Beach House also offers à A picnic-style takeaway for hotel guests, simple and fresh. Colorful salads, charcuterie and cheese boards to share, fine Landes produce and small plates on the go: Croqu'Truffe, Bun Roll with guacamole, old-fashioned tomato, can all be enjoyed on the terrace or to take away, for a freer, more spontaneous experience. The Chef and his brigade celebrate the richness of the Landes region and the abundance of its coastline. Seafood, sardines and anchovies, mingle with the flavors of the land, charcuterie and local cheeses.
