A unique waterfront location
With its large openings onto the lake and its contemporary spirit, the Beach House is the place to be in Hossegor for a gourmet lunch, an aperitif at sunset, or a dinner with friends or family. In the shade of the pine trees, its terrace, right by the water, reveals a somewhat hidden, intimate, and preserved place. The cuisine here bears the signature of Chef Philippe Moreno: directly inspired by his gourmet restaurant, it is presented as refined and flavorful boards and small plates. It's a way to taste the excellence and creativity of a great chef in a more relaxed atmosphere and at more affordable prices. Here, the view of the water and the Landes sun become an integral part of the experience.

Simple, friendly cooking
The Beach House also offers à A picnic-style takeaway for hotel guests, simple and fresh. Colorful salads, charcuterie and cheese boards to share, fine Landes produce and small plates on the go: Croqu'Truffe, Bun Roll with guacamole, old-fashioned tomato, can all be enjoyed on the terrace or to take away, for a freer, more spontaneous experience. The ideal address for combining gourmet delights and lakeside art de vivre.

The land and sea flavours of the Landes
The Chef and his brigade celebrate the richness of the Landes region and the abundance of its coastline. Seafood, sardines and anchovies, mingle with the flavors of the land, charcuterie and local cheeses. Each bite tells a little of the Landes culture: generous, authentic and deeply attached to its natural environment.
