How to get to Hotel Les Hortensias du Lac
Les Hortensias du Lac is ideally located on the shores of Hossegor's marine lake, just 200 meters from the ocean and 5 minutes by bike from the town center. A perfect location for exploring the Landes coast while enjoying a peaceful, natural setting.
By car
From Bordeaux: about 2 hours' drive via the A63 motorway.
From Biarritz: approx. 35 min drive via the A63, then exit 8 to Capbreton/Hossegor.
The hotel is accessible by car and offers free parking for guests, including parking spaces for people with reduced mobility. Bicycles are available to explore Hossegor, the lake, and the ocean. An electric car charging station is also available.
By train
The nearest train station is Bayonne, around 30 minutes' drive from the hotel.
From Dax station or Biarritz station: approx. 40 minutes by car.
Taxi/ VTC and car rental services are available at stations.
By plane
The nearest airport is Biarritz-Pays Basque, around 35 minutes from the hotel.
Shuttles and cabs are available from the airport to the hotel.

Our catering services
The gourmet restaurant, Beach House, and bar are open daily for lunch and dinner (opening days vary depending on high or low season), accessible to outside customers, by reservation. The menus will evolve with the seasons and arrivals, and gastronomic experiences centered around local produce will be organized throughout the summer.

The Spa des Hortensias du Lac, overlooking the Hossegor marine lake, is open daily and accessible to external clients with reservations. Equipped with a sauna, steam room, outdoor Nordic bath, hot tub, treatment rooms, and relaxation areas, it offers face and body treatments powered by myBlend's high-tech expertise. Discovery Day passes combining spa and gastronomy are available for half-day or full-day options.
Privatization
For a corporate event such as a seminar or board meeting, a wellness retreat or a private celebration, we have a reception room at your disposal, as well as our catering facilities, our Spa and the hotel grounds, all of which can be privatized on request. The reception room, located in the main building, opens onto a terrace offering a unique panoramic view of Hossegor's marine lake. The waterfront restaurant can also be privatized to host your lunch and/or dinner in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, between pine trees and the shores of the marine lake.
