Originally from Marseille, after more than ten years alongside triple Michelin-starred chef Gérald Passedat at Le Petit Nice, he applies his expertise daily to artisanal pastries, meticulously prepared and offered at the reception.
A unique way to discover local sweet treats within our hotel in Hossegor, and to share a convivial moment over a local cake, the signature of Les Hortensias du Lac.
