A generous and elegant basket, it brings together exclusive creations, market inspirations, and local products, to be enjoyed on the sand, by the lake, or under the shade of pine trees.

During the day, it's a gourmet escape in the fresh air, ideal for exploring Hossegor and its surroundings. As night falls, the basket transforms into a country-style aperitif: subtle pairings, dishes to share, and golden light reflecting on the water. Nothing beats a picnic to fully savor the Landes art of living. We offer you an aperitif basket kit designed to be enjoyed in the heart of the surrounding nature. Take your basket and set off in search of the ideal spot: on the lake beach, in the shade of the pine trees, or at sunset facing the water. In the evening, the aperitif becomes an open-air interlude: reflections on the water, a gentle breeze, the murmur of the pines — an intimate and warm atmosphere to prolong the moment.

The land of the Landes

This picnic bears the signature of Chef Philippe Moreno, originally from Marseille. After more than ten years alongside the three-Michelin-starred Gérald Passedat at Le Petit Nice, he now heads the kitchens at Les Hortensias du Lac. He envisions a convivial interlude: each basket is designed to be shared. At its heart are local products and refined pairings. For lunch, the basket is light and sunny: the freshness of the products, bites to share, and the simplicity of a picnic on the grass, by the lake, in the shade of the pine trees. For the aperitif, there are Fontenille wines or Veuve Clicquot Champagne, a charcuterie board, aged cheeses, foie gras... All complemented by a blanket and two throws, to extend the tasting in complete tranquility into the evening.
