For Mother's Day on May 31st, Les Hortensias du Lac welcomes you to an elegant and bright setting, between lake and ocean, for a lunch centered around sharing and delicious food.
In the atmosphere of Hossegor, Chef Philippe Moreno imagines a menu inspired by seasonal products and the flavors of spring. Each dish combines freshness, finesse, and creativity, in a cuisine that is both generous and contemporary.
From the initial briny notes of heirloom tomato and white tuna, to the delicacy of langoustines enhanced by an airy bisque and foie gras, to the barbecue-grilled beef fillet accompanied by a truffle jus, this lunch promises a true gastronomic experience in the spirit of Les Hortensias du Lac.
The meal concludes with a signature chocolate creation, conceived as an elegant and indulgent finishing touch to celebrate this very special day.

A rejuvenating weekend for two, a gourmet lunch followed by a massage, a bespoke treatment with a glass of champagne... Les Hortensias du Lac has created a number of turnkey wellness experiences, to be booked solo or as a duo:
- Wellness Getaway : duo night, spa access, 50-minute massage and generous breakfast overlooking the lake.
- Break After Lunch: gourmet lunch, massage, facial and spa access.
- Champagne Escape: modeling, facial treatment, tapas, and a glass of champagne to enjoy in the grand salon.
These moments combine relaxation and hedonism in a natural, unspoilt setting.
Taste of the Lake
Every winter afternoon, from 4 PM to 5 PM, our guests are invited to the Taste of the Lake, a gourmet and comforting rendezvous. Chef Philippe Moreno puts his expertise to work for artisanal pastries, prepared daily with care and offered at reception.
Starting this season, the Goûter du Lac is presented in a new winter formula. On the agenda: mulled wine, hot chocolate, and homemade pastries, to enjoy overlooking the lake in a gentle and friendly atmosphere.
